Clicking on braking

   Was on my way back from work when I noticed that when ever I was braking i can hear a tapping noise which goes on constantly until the car stops. Any ideas?

   possibly somethings stuck in the brakes or the ball joint cover is touching the brakes

   well i put new discs and pads on today because they were low and its still making the noise.
