Oil dripping from oil filter

   slow dripping from the oil filter ( mk1 ) it's tight on there any idea how to stop it?

   Could perhaps take it off, and check the seal . .if its bad get a new one. Pick one up for about a 5ver on euro parts.

   Worth changing it to see. Don't forget to put a drop of oil on the rubber seal when you do the new one up to help seal it properly.

   Check the face where the filter mates to for damage

   PTFE tape mate, mines a mk2 setup converted to the mk1 filter, bit of ptfe around the bolt and not dropped a mm yet |!!
