Unknown connection

   I took out my center console other day on my 99 mk1 vtr and where the heated windscreen an hazard warning buttons are I found another connection there behind the caps does anyone know what this is for been really bugging me

   it will be for the interior alarm sensors found on top of the A pillars in a vts.
   they didnt fit the button in a vtr.
