Hey everyone I have recently bought a saxo 1.1 stateside and I am experiencing a few problems with it, hence why have signed up to this awesome forum. Now the problem that I have seems slightly different to the common fault of steering, heater and rear demister, this cannot be the problem as I have by-passed the ignition for these three components. My problem is that sometimes the steering will work and the heaters wont, then the heaters will work and the steering wont then even both at times. This occurs when loud clicking noises come from all the wiring in the passengers foot well and I am wondering if it could be down to faulty relays. If that is not the case could it possible that the bypass has not been done correctly?, the way in which the by-pass has been done is that the wire has been cut from the ignition and soldered together, this has left both of the light brown plugs connected but just having the wire connect in a loop from ignition end, could this have a poor connection and maybe cause this constant on and off of the steering and heaters? All advice will be extremely grateful as it is starting to do my head in when driving 72 miles to work and back everyday
