Saxo VTS: Rev probs between 1000-2000rpm.

   I got a wierd problem with my car. The problem is there all the time.
   I cant rev over 1000-2000, its below 1000 (idle) and when i touch the gas pedal for a few mm's it jumps up to 2k rev. I cant rev 1500, or there about.
   
   So when drivin in low speeds, the car jumps etc, bcoz i dont have any rev range between 1000-2000rpm.
   
   Any ideas?

   ICV (idle control valve)
   
   Try cleaning it up - if not buy another

   Tried cleaning it, didnt changed anything. Could that be found on eBay for my vts?

   Honestly, avoid an ebay jobby. They're awful. I'm not sure what others have had success with but I decided not to buy cheap (pay twice kind of thing) and bought mine from Citroen.
