ebay fault code reader. eml light

   sure i seen someone recommend this on here before but not certain so wanted to double check.
   
   the eml light has been on my car since i did engine conversion but i added a 4-2-1 manifold with just one lambda hole and as the vtr engine is a phase 2 the oxygen sensor is just tied out the way. i was under the impressin its due to that sensor why the light was on and i needed to sleeve it off. however today iv done some research and found out it doesnt. iv got mot next week so need to find why the eml is on so need a cheap code reader asap.

   Providing your engine is 2001 onwards then you should be okay,saxo`s before then use a different protocol(lexia-3 scanner needed)

   Not sure on year of the engine but its 3plug ecu so it should be ok
