Saxo VTS creaking above rear beam

    I have had an problem with sheet metal creaking above the rear axle on my mk1 vts.

    anyone heard of this before?

    Its in this area in the whole Picture i can hear the creaking from,
    Its when i drive over a bump or steer fast right and then left, like slalom, the sound occurs. I can even feel in the metal pop when its creaking. Could that be due to overtighten rearbeam Bolt or worn bushes?

    i welded the rear insideWheel arch but i dont Think its bcoz of theheat makin it move though..

    Might be the arb end plate on the rear beam? Check to see if the bolts are done up tight

    The bolts are tighten, i retigthen them some weeks ago, not with the right Nm tbh.

    But i can press the beam up fairly easy with an screwdriver between the beam bushes and the car chassi.

    WD-40 the rear damper bolts.

    Mine was squeaking / rubbing over bumps - this fixed it.

    Haven't solved this problem yet, im not sure if it was before, or after i welded the left rear inner archer (rusty..)

    If it got there after i welded, it could be cause of stress, the heat and then welded together, but i dont think so..

    After 30sek you can hear it.

    What do you called this kind of sound int the clip?
    Thats the sound that occurs, when drivin over a bump, or turning fast right and left, back and forth like slalom.. Drives me nuts, need to get rid of it!

    Any ideas? Worn rear beam bushes, so its metal to metal and makes the chassi move and makes the metal sound like that? I welded the rear arches as i said above, thought it could be because of the heat it , and it 'settles' at when cooled down it 'settles' wrong, if you know what i mean.. If you ever welded you probably know, but the arches i welded are further back,

    The sound occurs:
    At 9 sec, 23, 42 , 45 , 47 , 53 , 1:00 , 1:12 , 1: 15 , 1:17 , 1:23 etc etc..
