Grinding/Rubbing Noise

   Hi guys!
   
   Have done a search but hasn't really given me the answers I need.
   
   Yesterday, was doing about 60mph in 5th gear and heard this sound...
   
   
   It's happened quite regularly since then, seems to be when accelerating in 5th.
   
   Would appreciate it people could let me know what it could be?

   Could be wheel bearing, the inter bearing that the drivers driveshaft goes through, or brakes binding

   I had the same problem. It only happened to me 3 times though. But sounded dodgy.

   Are you doing long journeys? I had it while i was butt i stopped doing the millage and it seems to have gone away

   Doing about 5 miles to work and back a day really. Might book it in to see a Citroen mechanic next Monday, needs a winter service anyway so i will kill two birds with one stone
