    some of the peugeot 206's uses nfu engines which fit saxo right?

    but what about the 2.0 gti engine from the 206. Will that go in a saxo? if it does what about the sump and manifold im guessin the exhaust want go over under the car.

    206 GTI engine is only 130bhp right? what is the point in that if the VTS is 120bhp

    the 138 gti is a very nice engine, a little lighter than a TU5 with an extra 400 cc, quite a lot more torque.

    It will fit, anything can be made to fit within reason, but its not a straight bolt in conversion, BIC had one but as you can see from the pics he had totally fabricated engine moutns, as well as a different gearbox shafts etc.

    yes the engine will fit, but it's a lot of work. The engine is also nowhere near as good as the NFU for tuning potential. The gains of fitting are hugely outweighed by the negatives. My advice is not to bother.
