standard brake bias/load sensor? Rear wheels locking first under heavy braking...

Ok so after searching I know it's on the nearside above the rear axle and also know it's part number 3 which needs adjusting. Since the car has been dropped 60mm, do I need to wind it in (turn bolt clockwise thus allowing the spring to relax) or wind it out (tension the spring)?

You need to wind it out to untension the spring. (Anticlockwise)

When the car sits on flat ground with no load you should approxmently have 6mm from the head of the bolt (3) to the lever on the bias valve (1).
This measurement is made from my own vtr with discbrake setup i just measured it before lowering. The correct way to adjust this is by using gauges to mesure the brakefluid pressure.

raise ride height to 30mm, problem solved.

If its seized/causing problems and you are really that arsed you could fit an after market proportioning valve, but you'll need to make up some custom lines
