Saxo VTS intermittent power

   I'm having an issue with my VTS, just wondering if anyones had a similair problem. Sometimes when I hit the gas I'm getting a really good kick of power after 5000 revs, however most of the time it just builds speed gradually with no noticable kick. The coil pack is new, as are the plugs. I have a de-cat with a sleeve fitted to lambda sensor. I have kept the original airbox and modified the cold air feed. However I've had this problem before all of these things were done too. Anyone any ideas?

   Is the power worse when you have a passenger in the car or have you fitted new seats?

   No, everything's standard, and I'm usually only travelling on my own and its always the same, no weight difference

   Ok just a thought as I fitted bucket seats and squashed the fuel pipe, Everytime someone sat on the passenger seat my car lost power. Took ages and a lot of money to find the problem lol

   I see, thats strange, I wasn't aware fuel lines are allowed to be fitted inside the car, mine run underneath
