    Hi guys

As i thought, Citroen have confirmed i need a new driveshaft, however they dont stock/make them anymore, so ive been told to source one myself.

Is this one ok? It says its specific for a VTR, but just wanna check with anyone who knows, because Citroen said something about a certain length of the thread or something?

    Help would be appriciated!

    Cheers

    Ash

The link doesn't work mate, but if you go into your local motor factors, give them your reg they should come back with the right driveshaft

Well i looked on Eurocarparts and entered the reg and it come back with some specific for my car, but when i phoned up and gave the specific citroen part number they said it wouldnt fit?

If yours is the 03 VTR in your Cars section, that one *should* fit.
The problem will be at the hub end as they used 2 different types of bearing/shaft combo over the years.
Generally the type you've linked to fits the later cars so you should be ok.

I would go for the first one mate, theres a lot of people on here using those J&R shafts and i havent heard anything bad? Cant argue with the price thats for sure!

Used j&r shafts on my last two cars and my mate is running them. No problems so far, good quality 2 year guarentee and alot cheaper than anywhere else
