key light flahing on dash ?

   Iv just carried out a engine converaion with a 106 gti engine into my vtr however the car wont start it cranjs over but the orange key light just flashes on the dash and their is no sparka from the plugs iv had a key cut with the pug chip and citroen key but it does nothing could anyone help me please ? Thanks

   The ecu is locked, i can unlock it if need be mate

   iv been told it could be the coilpack as if the ecu was loked it wouldnt even crank over as the imobiliser would stop it :/

   Dont work like that, it will still crank over just wont spark the coil.

   I would go with ecu locked aswell
