any guides on how to decat a standard mk2 maifold?

   Just smash the internals of it out, but why not wait and keep it for MOT time to swap back? Unless you convert to the mk1 spec 4-2-1 and buy a cat for that as its easier to swap

   just put a mk1 mani on mate, thats what ive done because i cant have an expensive 4-2-1 as id keep breaking the flanges off as it scrapes everywhere, so i have a mk1 mani and i keep swapping the down pipe over when the flange bends out of shape cos of ze lows

   If you get a mk1 mani then make sure you change the oil filter setup over aswell
