Just bought a furio on a w reg (2000 plate)
If I am right in thinking so this is the year mk1 went mk2?
So the earlier furios (like mine) are single plug ecu and the standard metal oil filter on the front of engine and the cat under the car..
The later furios have the paper oil filter that comes up next to down pipe, cat in the down pipe, and 3 plug ecu..
So why have I got a 2000 plate furio (early one) with a 3plug ecu and loom the cat in the downpipe but still the old oil filter the metal one?
It's like a mix between the early one and the newer one
If I wanted to put a vtr engine in would I use the early vtr engine or the later vtr engine?
Any ideas?
