As you can see in the pics this part is shagged and i need a replacement but i don't have a clue what it is called and if you can actually get it? any advise would be appreciated see pics for what im referring to.

Think it has a few different names haha
I know it as a steering rack end gaiter. Who ever you ring should understand what you mean if you say one of them.

Cool cheers guys anyone know how it is kept in place does it just slide over as there is nothing there that i can see that keeps it there ?
Also where the best place to get one ?

They just slip on theres a groove in the end of the rack that holds it in place, local parts places should have them like gsf car parts or maybe euro car parts.. Ebay if ur not in a hurry.

When i first lowered my saxo i didnt have one of these it wast until one of my mates noticed and iirc i just slipped it on and put a zip tie round it were the groove is.
