Rear wiper help.....turning the wrong way

  1. #1
    Hi all

I have just fitted a new boot to my car, connected it all back together etc.

When trying if the rear wiper worked, it rotates the wrong was, i.e. it rotates below the windscreen.

Anyone know what the problem may be?

    Thanks

Wiper arms on the wrong side. Take if off and put it so it starts on the other side of the window.

haha yeah, when i first got my quiksilver i didn't even think/know about steering lock and tried for ages to release it thinking id siezed the wheels etc, the penny soon dropped and i felt a fool lol,

and to add, i posted up on here about not being able to get my bonnet open as the pin was misaligned, most said angle grinder, basically i was fucked,

my uncle who is a mechanic popped up yesterday and simply pushed down and forward, within a second it was released and it seemed to striagten my bonnet up and now it works fine.

very true, you always look back and laugh though,

id literally just got my quiksilver and was giving the dash etc a clean when i managed to put the steering lock on, i then spent around half an hour trying to wriggle it free,

when i look back now its one of these things you can't help not laugh at.

much like my uncle coming over and popping my bonnet open within a second, when ive been trying for weeks to release it,
