    seeing as both cars are getting the boost but the snail going on the fatter car, going to be lady charging the saxo, now going to be using a m45 yes I know not the most efficient but will do for a bit of fun.

    Need someone to make some mounting brackets and something for the idler tension pulley as well will be in a vtr

    Should do it to the 16v mate

    Or find a bigger charger, won't really be worth the hassle for the boost they run

    16v = engine conversion first = cba

    the m45 with a different pulley will do the job fine for me not after stupid power be easier to keep stuff like mani and exhaust on this to then

    If you must use an eaton --
    then no one will make you a bracket easily or cheaply
    there was a swiss company that used these chargers for saxo,s --not very successful and the way they did it was a shaft right along the front of the engine and charger was mounted over g/box .
    the reasom why you can find mini eaton chargers cheap is they are not big enough to give lots of power ,so people change them for larger units
    mini made 160 using 14psi --to much heat + power consumption
    rtorex on a saxo will give 220 using 14psi , you decide

    but anyway your bracket i suggest you get a piece of MDF and make one up --when you have made it wrong ,which you will ,its easy to modify or screw another bit to it .
    when the MDF template is perfect take it to a laser profiling company and get them to copy it .

    It is the way I would make a new application ,as you /me /anyone will never get it right to start with and you can modify mdf in seconds with a jigsaw or add bits to it very simply.
    you try modifying a 10mm steel plate takes along time and hard work

    There's some videos on YouTube of those conversions you speak of John

    Seems the best place to mount them but the shaft assembly doesn't look the greatest lol
