VTR Starting when it wants?

    I have a 2001 reg vtr.

Engine sometimes starts no problem, then other times just keeps trying for ages with no luck, Ive had my work mates push me round the car park numerous times to try push start it but still no joy..Embarrasing!

Just bought it with good MOT, tax - Ran fine on test drive etc. I had failed to notice that someone had been playing with the wiring from the ECU - I suspect its had a new one fitted because two of the four screws that keep it fitted are missing. The cars engine light is on, i have had this plugged in and looked at by a garage - cleared the codes but they come straight back up - Basically the o2 censor is flagging up, all fuel injectors are flagging up as faulty. I have had the starter motor, alternator and battery tested and looked at. I have traced as many wires as I can see to make sure they are taped up and that there is not breakages..seems fine.

I do think it could be the fuel pump, just from looking at another post on here with simular symptoms.

I am running out of ideas, I am not very mechanical at all when it comes to cars so any help/ advise would be much appriecated.

Its just so strange how it is fine one time, then not the next!

    Cheers,
    Luke

The current fault codes that come up even after a reset.

    P0201
    P0202
    P0203
    P0204

    P0444
    P0141
    P0135

    -------

I am thinking maybe a connector or a wireing issue, my car does have an air filter with a breather if this helps.

when you crank it and it wont start do you have spark? or even power at the coil+injectors?

If all of your injectors are flagged as faulty, then surely your fault is with the injectors?

Sorry - It does according to the garage, he seems to think its a wiring issue and suggested I ask about before spending alot of money on replacing the fuel injectors - I have just done a search and its not the injectors themselves its the circuits for each of them.

I havent got a new sensor no, next on my list!
