Saxo VTR Modifying/engine conversion

   hi New to the forum just wanted to put out any ideas of swapping a 8v VTR for 16v VTS engine i know the rough benifits of doing it just wondering if anyone has done it that could give me any advise like is it worth it ? cost and if not to do it what i can do to the 8v VTR i'm a mehanic by trade tools ent a problem or time, ive had two VTR's now 1st was standard on my second nw wana bit of a project Cheers !

   All you need pretty much is an engine of the same year model , unlocked ecu and the wiring loom
   Pre 2k are a single plug ecu , after 2k are a 3 plug ecu

   if you can get a hold of the ecu,key,immob box you dont need it unlocking
