#3Front springs are a peice of cake, i payed £39 for 40mm front springs and were on the car within a couple of hours. This is where i brought my springs from just up the road from me.

#4If your doing it your self, remove the caliper and discs, get a ball joint breaker to release it from the bottom ( the hard bit ), remove bolts at the top of the shock, found under the bonnet, remove the arm and you will need some spring compressers and compress the spring down. Remove the bolt at the top of the arm using a torx and pliers take your old spring out, compress your new spring and replace. Bolt everything back up and back together and hay presto.

#5he is on about shocks not springs, the rear is a peice of cake put a jack under the rear arm to hold it in place then unbolt the two bolts holding the shock on, remove shock replace with new and refit bolts. to do the front remove the mcpherson strut like MATM said including compressing and removing the spring then to remove the shock from the hub you have to have a special tool, if you dont have one take the strut to citroen and they will undo it for you and put the new shock in for a few quid, then go home fit spring back on and re fit in reverse order. hope this helps
