intermittent low rev problem

    Sometimes under low revs engine will splutter and die but if I dip the clutch and rev its cunt in its fine or put me foot down but it only does it sometimes and only under low revs

    Throttle cable in the right posistion? Cleaned icv?

    16 16 vts and is the ICV on the back of where the bodie is?
