Annoying rotational knocking noise!

   ive got this knocking noise on my vtr but its a weird one.. its hard to explain the noise its like a do do do do do constantly a bit like a tumble dryer is probably the best I can explain it. seems to get worse the quicker I go and is definately worse at 60-70. its coming from the front end i'm guessing something connected to the wheels since its rotational.
   
   Drivers side driveshaft is pretty much new so don't think its that, both wishbones new and wheel bearings.
   
   any ideas im pretty stumped

   may even be the plastic inner arch has come loose and it flapping.

   Will check both of those out thanks, never thought about the inner arch but it does sound more of a mechanical noise i think.
   
   Also worth a mention that it does it both in and out of gear.
