Annoying steering/tracking problem

    Hi all

    Hope someone can help me

Put a new steering wheel on a few months back and lined it up best i can and car went in a straight line like normal. Then a month ago put all new suspension on spring shocks wish bones drop links etc and power flex bushes. Drove car and pulled to the left so had to hold the steering wheel to the right to go straight. Took it to sts tyres to get tracking done and they done it spot on. Drove off still had same problem. Been back 4 times and then have done it again and still no better. Car still pulls to the left when i let go of the steering wheel. The steering wheel also turns left when it pulls left so have to hold it to the right to go straight. Anyone had a problem like this before?

    Many thanks

I think its quite rare for tracking/wheel alignment to cause pulling, have you checked for sticky brake calipers or other bad suspension parts?

I did drive the car for a week before i got the tracking done the first time. Could it be that its made the tyre uneven and now the tracking is set up because of the uneven tyre it may still pull to the left?

How did they check your tracking and set it up? Unless they used a laser then it's more likely still out.

To the op take your car for tracking to another garage mate.

Quick update. Took it to another garage and they laser tested it like sts did and they said everything was fine. Changed the front wheels with the back and everything is a lot better. Drives straight now unless on uneven road which i expect anyway.

    Thanks all
