Is my 1.1i 1999 saxo OB2?

   Hi guys,
   
   Title gives it away really, is my 1.1i 1999 model OBD2 compliant and if not is there such thing as OBD1 what type of OBD do I need?
   
   My car is failing to start cold and when started stalls and engine management light comes on so will be nice to find out whats wrong!
   
   Also where is the OBD port if anyone knows?
   
   Just had new lamda and stepper motor and was working perfectly yesterday!

   OBD port is under the dash next to the fusebox,your car isn`t OBD2(that came in from 2001 onwards)You need a Lexia-3 scanner.
