Hi! - old newbie here - help please!

    I have a saxo first (2000) which is due it's mot at the beginning of December and it needs new balljoints and new back brakes. Can anyone give me a rough idea of what this will cost? I've had her since May/June 2011 and the repairs so far have been:- new cv joints within the first 2 weeks, new exhaust for last year's mot and early this year a new clutch. Not mechanically minded and really don't want to part with her but I know if it's too much then I'll need to. Thanks.

    I got charged £20 to have my back brakes done with me supplying the shoes which don't cost a lot themselves. can't help with the ball joints though i'm afraid.
