saxo diesel starting

   Hi i need some advice, when my saxo diesels heater plug light goes off, it starts ok, but it wont idle till i rev it a bit, cloud of smoke then it settles, been fine till this started last week, and clues....Daz

   Glow plugs on the way out for sure fella. Change em soon before the winter really sets in.

   Either that or the pre-heater for the glow plugs is on its way out(my old zx diesel did it)
