help!! where does this plug and earth wire good?

   basicly i replace my dash with a flocked one to find that the interior and exterior lights dont work, iv take the dash out to see if any wheres are trapped, to find this plus and earth wires snapped, now i carnt see in the loom where they come from any ideas? and whats the plug for? its at the bottom middle of the dash?

   that plug looks like the window switch?

   I also have that same wire with nothing plugged to it, it was like that when I got the car. Maybe it was for the car that came with the keypad?

   try hazards and rear demister, looking again, it looks like those!

   i dont see an earth :/
   however passenger side near door peel back carpet, bolt you can use as an earth there..

    Looks like the plug for the light around the cig lighter or the illuminations on the fan controls/sliders

    I know what the plugs for its for the old style key pad, as i have a crossover saxo, want to know where the earth goes please
