Rear Brakepads - CIVIC EP2

Can get pads for dirty money, or go kwikfit and get a lifetime guarantee...

But thats £80. Can a novice fit them themself and do I need a rewind tool and is it still hard to do?

You should be banned for even saying that word

I fitted my rear pads to the EP3 easily enough, but took it to the garage to have the handbrake adjusted (£20)

I use a G clamp for pushing the piston back into place.... Know on the VW's they have to be screwed in but Honda calipers just need pushing in

Not all of them some need to be screwed back in. Honda have the honda smile service parts so you get brake pads pretty cheap. Never trust quick fit with anything.

Would never take it to kwik fit to have anything fitted. A rewind tool is only £10 for something adequate shoukd you need one. Easy enough to do anyway.

Thank you for the help, and I know, it was only their lifetime warranty that interested me. Free brakes for life lol.

Getting new rear disks and pads for under £50 and fitting them myself with a hand... hopefully all goes well, just heard bad things about the piston thing that's all. Be nice to learn too, just don't trust myself doing it, i'll get halfway and get stuck haha
