   hi i need to send a gearbox by a courier and just wondering how much it weighs?

   I'd guess around 40kg mark. But don't quote me on that. . was a couple of months ago i picked mine up.

   Pretty sure last time i sent one it was between 30-35 kg. Was a few months ago though. Definitely wasnt over that anyway.

   thanks for the replies what courier did you's use to send it as im struggling to find a decent price thats over 30kg, as most decent quotes only have a maximum of 30kg

   I used paisley freight last time cant remember which others i've used for gearboxes in the past.

   how much did it cost mate? ive just used interparcel website and it cost 17.82 to collect and deliver by city link, that seems decent like, probably a bit to good to be true im just waiting for something to go wrong haha

   Around £25 iirc. £17.82 seems a pretty good price if its legit!

   paisley freight charge £30 to send a gearbox (next day delivery), used them quite a few times

    Check small prints some wont except car part some will as long as its been flushed and/or cleaned
