   Boot popper surround?...do you mean the bit of plastic above the rear number plate or...?

   Couple of torx screws behind it. You have to take off that big bit of plastic inside the boot and there should be like 2 or 3 screws to undo.

   theres two bolts in middle holding locling mech to from inside to plastic part then two bolts on outside edge from plastic trim to boot
