    Hi

Need some help for the past week every morning i have to jump start my car, once i get it started and then stop it it will start ok again but this morning same thing happened so i had to jump start it and started driving i left the child of at school waiting on her coming out and the engine just stop, so again i tried to jump start it and nothing happened so had to go and get a booster and didnt start first time when trying to start the car heard alot of clicking noise from inside the car, then i tried it again at its working fine but the battery light is on now. I got the alternator checked and theres charge going to the battery.

    cheers

Dodgy earth or knackered battery. Best bet, get the battery tested see if its dying under load.

Battery has most likely had it. Cold weather will push a weak one over the edge, plus the extra defecit of having lights on at night/demister and all the rest of it

Also try ur alternator because mine was doing the same and I had battery tested when fully charged and it was holding the charge but when put back
On car with nothing on ie lights engine etc it was loosing charge i found out the alternator was fooked and taking the charge out of the battery put new recon alternator on and now starts 1s time every since which was about 7 mths ago

Test your battery yourself with a volt meter, a healthy one will be 12.6v+ a ok one will be 12.4v+. Anything really under that is signs that its on its way out, if you get a reading of around 9.7v a cell has died meaning a new battery is needed.
