Headlights problem

    Alright guys,

    Coming home from work yesterday my normal beam lights decided not to work.

    First click - Sidelights worked all ok

    Second click - (for normal beam) rear lights worked, none on the front

    Main beam - Both worked fine.

    So I got home using fog lights and main beam where necessary..

    I noticed it's just the one bulb that does normal beam and main beam. I've got an 03 plate VTR btw.

    So thought it was a fuse as they both went at the same time, replaced fuse.. same issue! So new bulbs have gone in and work fine. However I've put them in like a spacker I think as they are just shining on the floor..

    It looks like they dont sit properly in the casing. I'll get some pictures later just wondered if anyone else had problems adjusting bulbs.. or even if you could reccommend me some new ones to buy that work well.

    just have another look, there's a lug you need to align with the slot.

    As above, they only go in one way.. Also make sure you havent pulled the motor out which adjusts the height of the beam.

    Just give the bulbs a turn until the sit flush.
