brake seals kit ect. [refurb]

    Any links for the new seal kits i can buy to change the old seals over?

    266mm 206 gti calipers - bosch.

    just to be sure if its a easy job.

    I stripped a set last year pretty sure it's the same type ... 206 GTI one bolt on the carrier. I know for a fact I spoke to one of their guys to get the correct kit through email but I no long have it.

    The boot seal (dust seal) that seals around the piston is an absolute c*nt to separate if you don't have the right gear. Make sure you have a vise and a fine point chisel and centre punch.

    You will need brake grease when you are assembling them back together.

    Buy new bleed screws aswell buddy, they cost like 1.50 each extra but well worth it.

    Also wait until you pop the piston out before you order them just in case your piston is pitted, as you might need to replace them.

    Couple tins of brake cleaner is needed also to clean out the chamber.
