106 gti/vts alloys

    Hi, how much are 106 gti alloys with good tyres worth? I'm looking to buy a set but don't what to pay over the odds for them, I've had a quick look on ebay and they seem to be about 180 buy it now, is this about right or are they worth less and they people are just chancing their luck?

    A few years back when i bought VTR alloys they were £200 for a set with reasonable tyres so i would say around that figure is about right.

    Really?

    People sell them for way less than that on here. Vtr alloys are now classed as throw away's only worth scrap value of £30.

    Back in 2007 they were all the rage lol. £150-£200 is about right for VTS alloys with decent tyres i would say.

    106 gti alloys you can't give away. I've a set in reasonable nick (few marks but nothing bad) with very good tyres all round (4mm+) for £75.
