Rear camber needs fixing

  1. #1
    Hi guys,
I've had my saxo for a while now and have now noticed my o/s/r wheel has a lot of camber and need to fix it.
I know it's a hell of a job but I'm a mechanic with a place of work I can to it in my own time but need to know if Any of you guys have came up with or seen a "repair" kit as such for it?
Or is it a case of just replacing the axle?

    Its my runaround 1.1cc
    52 plate saxo.
    Done 60,000
    Any help would be great
    Thanks.

from what ive read, once you notice the camber, its usually too far gone to repair the bearing, as the stub pin itself would have been damaged. Much simpler to just replace the axle rather than rebuilding your current one

    Oh!
    Thats a bummer.
I do have a slight play in that bearing so do ya think it's not worth doing it and just cutting my losses with a new axle?

If it's visibly cambered and been like that a while, it's new beam time. You could get a second hand beam and rebuild it yourself for peace of mind, or you can pay IM Axles for a fully refurbed one which should be good for ever.
