Subframe Querie

   Im going to get a pair of sparco sprint buckets for my saxo, but im unsure of what els to get. I know that i need Subframes, but there are lots of diffrent types of sparco subframes. How do i know whats the best and which will fit my saxo?
   
   Also if i want the seats to be able to be slid forward and back to change the driving position do i need runners aswell or will subframes do this? I will probably be purchasing this lot from deamon-tweeks.

   not sure on the sparco seats depends what kind of mounts they have? If your buying at demon tweeks gie them a ring and ask them to be sure, also check with gsmotorsport on here or his alias and new business sport seats for you i bet he can do you a better deal than tweeks and advise you better
