Removing saxo carpet

    Alright im removing my carpet and i dont want to cut it, the seatbelt tensioning wire is in the way under the dash where it has to be cut. Does anyone know how to get around this?

    Take out the centre console this will give access to the airbag ecu that sits behind it,then unplug the airbag wires mate.

    when you remove the centre console (sorry to thread hijack) whats the best way to go about it?
