power steering??

   my old pump worked fine but used to whine noun agen so i bought a new second hand 1 --
   
   i fitted it but it stiff .. i put new fluid in it .. turning left to right to bleed but nuthing .. my relay would be fine as old 1 was working fine ??

   Possibly your 2nd hand pump is faulty as well,or you`ve got a leak somewhere in the system mate.

   no leaks as fluid still there .. i only askin as the bloke sayin it could be the relay .. but it cant be as it was all workin fine with the old pump?
