Knocking when turning right or left from right hand side

   As above when I turn right or left there is a knock from the N/S
   
   I have replaced the following:
   
   -Driveshafts
   -Top Mounts
   -Drop Links
   
   Bit about the car (to help diagnose problems)
   
   -Lowered 60mm all round
   -Lenso bsx alloys
   -20mm spacers up front
   
   I noticed that the ball joint on the wishbone is split, could this be the cause to the problem?

   i hve the same problem my garage reckon its my steering rack they have done both lower arms thinking it was that but i drove it and it was still doing so it could be the same as mine
