After having cut out problems and the car wont restart for hours, Im thinking of changing the ECU to see if it helps. Would a new ECU (from the scrap yard) just plug and play or would it need some sort of de-coding?? I removed the immobiliser from my car last week hoping it would solve my cut out problem but it hasn't, would this cause a problem with a new ECU?? Thanks, Keith.
