a noise that sounds serious

   my car has been fine then i had problems with drop links untill today i went shopping at tesco then got back into my car and drove it and the strangest of noise appered when you are not accelerating just free rolling its clicking all the time and when you accelerate it stops then stop accelerating it comes back its dooing it all the time now it sound like a cv joint has gone but dosent sound any different when you go round a coner its quite loud aswell and sometimes it dose make a noise wen you accelerate , its coming from tje drivers side any help will be great thanks sorry about spelling ect im on my phone

   god damm was hoping it wasent going to be !! i was trying to avoid that ps it wont be the bearing where the driveshaft sits in the engine will it ? are shafts faults on saxos

   im gonna change the shaft tommorrow , but the noise dosent sound like that video it clicks like cv joint but dose it untill you accelerate and then when you let off you sure its the shaft

   could be a CV, could be a wheel bearing could be a variety of things, without hearing it or sourcing the noise no one can be sure what the issue is.

   mine does the same thing i asked my local garage and he says its my shock absorber

   sorted it the wheel bolts was loose forgot to tighten them :/ was lucky because when i jacked it up it almost dropped off

    Could be worse, it could of fallen off and dented the door while driving, like someone i know did. lesson learnt
