Not a Saxo, but maybe some help please

   Hi all I have a mitsubishi l200 and I think my turbo may be dead! Just wondering if anyone has suggestions...
   
   After 4000 rpm it begins to smoke a fair bit.. I've been putting it down to be cold outside tho?
   It's a 2.5ltr diesel but on the motorway it's doesn't really shift and its struggles after 70mph
   
   This is the first turbo and the first diesel I've had so I dunno if its normal or not but although its a big truck I'd imagine more power still?
   
   Any ideas, suggestions or answers welcome

   Smoking doesn`t always mean that the turbo is dead,when was the last time it was serviced IE filters etc?

   Well I brought it a couple of months ago and it's was serviced then.. Weather they serviced it properly or not I dunno
