Has anyone got any ideas or the best way to remove this dent

Nasty one, best way is to strip out the rear doorcard and see if you can push it out that way, will probably leave a crease.

Ouch, right on the coach line as well. As above for getting it out really. Also, you could try taking off the bump strip and try getting a suction cup on the outside and seeing if it will pull out that way. Defo looks creased though :-(.

Yeah come out to the car park and was like oh thanks !
I spoke to one of these dent people and he said no ill have to take it to the body shop but I want to try and avoid that. Also want to avoid me making it look worse than what it is if I push it out.

Is it that bad Where it won't be able to be pushed or sucked out ? Gotta be filled ?

You won`t be able to get that out with a suction cup,& unless you know what your doing you`ll end up making things worse mate.

Can tell you 100% you cant fill that, its a cove!!
Take off the rear arch etc and the inside rear doorcard and inspect the damage that way.

So what can I do apart from leave it ? Lol I will take door card off in the morning mate and take some pics
