I have an old mk1 saxo x boot lid that I need to put on my mk2 vtr as the rear windscreen was smashed last night, so will it just be a straight swap?
Also, is it difficult to do?
Thanks.

Pay someone else to do it don't attempt it yourself!

Pretty easy the hardest bit is threading the loom back into the new boot its just 4 bolts on the hinges and the boot dampers to take off

as above - very straightforward. Just get a friend to help. I'd hate to do it single handed mind ...

I've removed loads of bootlids single handedly, but wouldn't attempt to fit one myself (unless it's carbon or fibreglass)
