Mot conning up... Fail or not?

   Got a couple of minor problems which I'm not sure if its a mot fail or not?
   
   1- LED number plate lights (LEDs not legal for road use but show up white) also the number plate bulb plastic covers have broke off.
   
   2-tracking is out... Steers slightly right when steering wheel is strait.
   
   3- slight rust in the boot
   
   4- angel eyes, I have white LEDs where the side light bulb goes so their the same colour as the rings etc. but in the pack they say not for road use ?
   
   Can't think if anything elce but are they all mot fails?

   rust in boot as in a hole? otherwise everything is a pass dude

   the rust may be an issue depending where its located.

   It's in the boot and slightly up the wall in the boot. It's not bad rust and no hole.

   if its just rust no holes then get it painted should help your case depending on tester

   i'd put a rust treatment on it 1st before just painting over it
