Important! : clutch cable problem on a 1.1

    hi, just changed the clutch cable on a r reg 1.1 saxo, but when we've put the new one on its fully adjusted put still seems to long and the clutch pedal is still near the floor, is there 2 different length of cable or does anyone have any idea whats wrong with it?

    it may be that you have it wound too tight, any chance you can take a picture of the gearbox end of the cable?

    Nah, it gets closer to the dash as you tighten it. Definately hooked on the pedal properly and hooked through the slots on the gearbox before the arm?
