    It seems to be a thing that anyone who does know, keep its very close to their chest.
    There are a lot of guides on rallye register, but there isn't a list of what is on.

    The ecu pinout for that model I've never seen to be honest matey it's a rare one are you needing it to wire an aftermarket ecu?

    Thanks for you replys guys.

    I've got a R reg vtr and I crashed it the otherday so I went out and brought a s1 106 Roland garros with a engine knock so I'm going to swap my vtr engine into it but I wanna know what the ecu wires that run through the chassis plug go to.

    I have also looked for a pin out of the chassis plug to my ecu but I can only find the diagram that goes to the 3 row single plug ecu.

    Please help me I need to get it running by next week so I can get to work

    so basicly ive got the engine into my 106 and i have got it all done apart from the wiring. there was 3 blue wires that went to a perment live in the under bonnet fuse box of my vtr so i cut the plug off the 106 one and soldered them together. there was also 2 brown wires that went to a 15amp fuse so i done the same as before and cut the connecter of the 106 loom and soldered them together.

    i buzz tested the wires for both looms and i have connect the wires for the following wires 106 pin then vtr pin on the chassis plugs:

    1. pin 2/14 of injection relay under ecu. not connected yet
    2. alternator/battery light to pin. 13
    3. water temp blue pug pin 2. to 17
    4. starter motor exciter/ cranking to pin 6
    5. oil pressure light. to pin 12
    6. reverse light pin 1. to pin 7
    7. reverse light pin 2. to pin 8
    8. rev counter. to pin 9
    9. ground. not connected yet
    10. water temp blue plug pin 1. to pin 15
    22. engine management light. not connected yet
    23. pin 1 of injection relay under ecu. not connected yet

    so basicly i dont know where pins 1.9.22 and 23 should go to on my vtr loom.

    SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME IM STUCK

    mate thats really really confusing lol. So your attaching the chassis plug off the 106 loom to the vtr loom yes? and your saying for example:

    Pin 8 - 106 = Pin 9 - vtr

    etc etc?

    yea mate sorry the numbers on the left are on the 106 loom and the ones after on the right are on the saxo loom

    Think there is a few mistakes in there too btw pin 22 should be blank, and pin 9 isnt an earth its supposed to be a diesel 2nd rev counter. i.e not there on a petrol

    well i have a pin 22 in my plug its a lilac colour. and pin 9 goes to a yellow and green wire that i think is an earth.

    i have got the engine turning over using a power probe to power the fuel pump but it dosnt start.

    i need some help on where wires 1.9.22 and 23 go please
