i need to replace my drivers side air vent (not just the cover) does this just simply pull out the dash after popping off the cover???

Prise off the cover,then remove the upper & lower steering column shrouds.Then its head under the dash time as the ducting etc removes from the back of the dash.

Yup dash out and all the pipes just slot into each other.

Its possible but a pain in the arse. If you take the lower cowling off you can see it but theres a few clips that slow you down. Brother ripped mine out being a gimp with the clutch cable and took me a good half hour to maneuver back in
