Hey guys I'm getting a occasional loud bang web pulling off fast the way to explain it is it sounds the the shock getting stuck and it's spring back and whacking some thing it only does it when pulling off fast

Sounds like a engine mount. They break for that reason

Can feal it aswell sounds asif it's coming from a shock though???? If it is a mount how will I tell if they are busted and where are they located

Near ECU / LOWER gearbox mount / upper gearbox mount (under the battery/tray)

Nah not screeching
Ill take a look gotta fit few parts on next day off and lowering next week so ifits a spring no worrys lol

Wont be a shock, when they go you get vague horrible handling. Spring would cause the car to sag. Definately an engine mount, can you rock the engine by hand?

Have you thought about the possibility of it being a rear wishbone bush bolts nneding re-torqued? You can feel that through the floor.
